I learned long ago that Worship is my safe place. To me Worship is one of the purest forms of intimacy.  You are in your purest form; no mask or guard is needed. Whenever I feel myself becoming worried, stressed, and all out of sorts worship brings be back to a state of peace and balance. So even if it is just 10 minutes a day take that time to regain your composure and posture. This can happen in your room, your office, your car, your job, or church. The location not limited.
